Hi girls! My 4 friends and I are putting in an offer for a gorgeous 5 bed house in Fulham and we’re looking for a 5th girl to join us. The room available is on the ground floor with garden access and right next to 1 of 4 bathrooms.
The house is 3 stories, has a garden, utility room and a large kitchen/living area. The house is also in a gated close for extra security.
We’re looking for someone fun and social, but also respectful and clean. Someone we can form a friendship with :)
Needs at least £30k income annually to pass the reference check ✍️
