A lovely en-suite room available in a flat on Wandsworth Bridge Road — a great area with cafés, bars, shops, and everything you need close by. Just 5–10 minutes’ walk to Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green stations, and right at the top near Eel Brook Common.

The flat has a bright kitchen/living area, storage within the building, and a small back garden where you can sit outside. It’s a really safe and friendly area to live.

Bills are around £200 per month each (exact amount will be confirmed). No pets and no smoking.

About me: I’m in my 20s, working full-time as a social media manager, and I also do music on the side. I spend most of my time either in the office or in the studio. I’m looking for a female flatmate of a similar age — ideally someone respectful, motivated in their work, and who works partly from home and partly in the office (not fully remote).

The lease renews in December, so I’m open to either a short-term let (3 months) or someone looking for something longer term. Move-in ideally from 1st–15th October.
