Bright double room with ensuite, sublet

Hello! I have been in this flat for 3 years but planning a career break & to head to Australia for 6months in January so I’m looking to find someone who’d be keen to sublet my room whilst I’m away.

It’s a 3 bed flat & you’d be sharing with 2 other girls, one Aussie, one Spanish. We have a great kitchen/living room where we spend most of our time, an office space & shared garden/patio. The room you’d take is at the top of the flat on your own floor with an ensuite bathroom & plenty of storage in the eaves. It’s a super bright & cosy room that I don’t want to leave, hence the sublet!

We’re less than a 10min walk from West Brompton station or Fulham Broadway and 15/20 to Earls Court if the district line isn’t running. It’s a quiet road but super close to everything.

I can be fairly flexible on timings, ideally move in date would be mid/early December until July but happy to flex a little :) Let me know if you have any questions!
