I’m looking for my first lodger to share my Fulham flat with me and my dog, Dusty. She’s a gentle Romanian rescue who mostly sleeps, so you’ll barely notice her — apart from when she wants a cuddle. The room is available now, but finding the right person matters more than speed.

- Double room (2.9m x 3.5m) with plenty of natural light
- Double bed with Sealy mattress and topper
- Large built-in wardrobe with loads of storage
- Space for a small desk (happy to add one if needed)
- Window overlooking a private courtyard
- Bills included (fair usage) plus communal cleaning (flexible arrangement)
- Superfast WiFi included — perfect if you WFH or stream a lot

- Ground floor with a large garden (only one upstairs neighbour)
- Mid-century furniture throughout — clean, stylish and comfortable
- Shared bathroom, recently refurbished with underfloor heating
- Kitchen with oven, air fryer and nearly new washing machine
- Netflix and Amazon Prime in UHD with surround sound
- Calm and uncluttered, but lived in — it feels like home

- Originally from Yorkshire
- Senior exec in transport, usually 3–4 days a week in the office
- I use the dining table to WFH
- Friendly and sociable, though I sometimes like downtime after work
- Weekends: I enjoy going out to events (Adonis, HMD, Unfold) but also love a quiet night in
- Into disco, house, theatre and drag
- Tidy and organised but not obsessive
- Veggie, though I don’t mind meat in the flat
