I'm heading home for Christmas and looking for someone to sublet my room in SW London during that time. Rent is prorated for the length of the stay, and bills are included in the price.
The house is really lovely and cosy, and you'd be living with one other flatmate – a 29-year-old professional who's super friendly, clean, and easy to live with. He works a lot and isn’t home much, so the place is usually pretty quiet.
The home is tidy, with a shared living area, kitchen, bathroom, and two balconies – one at the front and one at the back (you can see it in the pictures).
