My flatmate will be relocating and I am looking for someone to replace her from 21 October. We will be sharing a 1st floor, 2 bedroom flat.

💷 All expenses will be divided equally. The monthly rent is £1100 per person and the bills are around £175 per person per month.
🛏️ The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed and lots of storage.
We also have a fiber internet and a router.
🛋️ Our flat is very well maintained and in a great condition. We especially love our living room which gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day ☀️
Hence, I am looking for a new flatmate, who is a female working professional and a responsible individual who will keep the flat clean and share household responsibilities.
