Fin and I are looking for a 3rd person to join us in our spacious flat looking over Eel Brook Commom park and a 5 mins walk from the tube.

Move in: 8th November 25
Bills: £1150 plus bills (typically ~£150)

Our previous flatmate (Amy) is only moving out due to buying her own place. We are looking for someone chilled, respectful and friendly to join us. We are a busy & social flat but also understand the importance of personal space.

Room details:
- Built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table in room
- Another chest of drawers on landing for additional storage.
- Large desk downstairs available to use if/when working from home.

Flat details:
- Large kitchen & lots of storage.
- View of Eel Brook Common.
- Large terrace which faces sun during day.
- two bathrooms (where upstairs shower can be used by new tenant pretty much for themselves)
- Dishwasher and tumble dryer.
- Flat about a 5 min walk from Fulham Broadway station.

Flat mate details:
- Fin (29) works in product for a tech company. Enjoys sports, physical challenges & events.
- David (27) commercial manager in recruitment. Enjoys running, golf, rugby and music.
