4 Month Fulham Sublet! 1 Bright & Cosy Bedroom

Room is available from end December till end of April 2026 - looking for someone to sublet for ALL or most of the time 🙏🏼

I will be travelling SE Asia for four months in the beginning of the year, so I will be subletting my lovely, spacious room in Fulham while I am away. You will be living with my two flatmates (also found from gals who rent!), one Irish girl, and one Scottish girl. They are both lovely and very friendly, always up for a chat/watching series together/hanging out, respectful of each other's space, and clean.

The apartment:
-Kitchen with plenty of counter and storage space, washing machine/Fridge/freezer/microwave/Plates/mugs/glasses
-Small but cosy living room
-1 shared bathroom
-Natural light
-Not a party flat!
-Our agency has always been very responsive to anything we've needed fixed/changed and we have not had any issues with them.

Furnished big Bedroom £815:
- An abundance of natural light
-Large windows
-Double Bed
-Wardrobe
-Chest of drawers
-Bed side table
-Swivel Chair (my personal item)
-Desk (my personal item)
-Plant stand (my personal item)

Bills:
-Bills come up to approximately £120 pcm (not included with rent)

Location:
-Just off Fulham Palace Road
-Bus stop right outside our door with 74/430/220 buses passing regularly
-10/15 minute walk to Putney Bridge station (District line)
-24 minute walk or quick bus ride to Hammersmith Station (Piccadilly line/District Line/Hammersmith and City Line/Circle Line)
-Tesco and Pharmacy right outside our flat.
-Less than 10 minute walk to Bishop's park/Craven Cottage Football ground/the Riverside
-Loads of coffee shops/pubs/restaurants in the area within walking distance. The area is lovely and green and feels really safe.
-Walking distance to Putney High Street

Looking for:
-1 working gal in her mid/late 20s who is respectful of a shared space and flatmates, clean and tidy.
-Someone who will take good care of my room/furniture and the flat while I am away, as I will be returning.
- Someone who is friendly and easygoing and enjoys relaxed hangouts with the girls as this flat is a home, not just a flatshare.
-Ideally work mostly outside of home, but can be somewhat flexible.
- Someone who can take over the entire or most of the 4 months.
