It’s a gorgeous ground-floor flat by Bishops Park, just a 2-minute walk from the river - really lovely area, super peaceful and green.

The room’s fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and wardrobe. There’s a spacious living room, shared bathroom, and a small patio.
Flat has all the usual stuff - washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, heating, Wi-Fi, etc.

You’ll be living with Josie and Nick, both 35 and working in media. They’re really friendly but it’s a quiet, easy going flat overall.

Would suit one person looking for a calm base in leafy Fulham - maybe while between places or on a short-term work project.

£300 deposit to confirm stay, and the remaining £1000 due upfront by Nov 2.
