Hello,
We are looking for another girl to move into our flat as our flatmate is moving out with her boyfriend.
We are two girls in their late 20s (28/29) Italian and Australian working in PR and at TikTok.
We are both pretty new to the flat but really love it and are looking for someone similar age, will want to socialise, have a glass of wine, watch a movie but also has their own life/social network.
The room just lots of sunlight and shares a bathroom with one other girls (the flat has two bathrooms overall). Comes fully furnished with bed, desk, draws and wardrobe (not pictured). In terms of location, we are about 7 mins to West Brompton station and 10 to Earls court and 15 to Fulham Broadway so very connected. There are lots of cute pubs, bars and cafes in the area and the street is super cute!
In terms of the admin, we have just agreed for a new 3 year lease with the landlord. Our current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend so looking for someone from 1 December.
The rent is £1,186.12 and will increase slightly each year (£1207.79 in 2027 and £1229.46 in 2028). While it’s a three year lease we only have a six month break clause and are able to change names on the lease if you want to move out (just need to give two months notice). Bills are approx £200 each which includes an amazing cleaner that comes every two weeks.
