Looking for a friendly and sociable girl to fill a room in our 5 bed house in Fulham (Sands End). In person/ video viewings will be taking place asap.

Living with young professionals aged 26/27. We are looking for a girl aged 25-29.

🩷 Double en-suite room, £1,415 including all bills (and a cleaner every other week).

The room has a council tax fee of £150 (one off fee). £50 name change admin fee with our estate agent.

The house is in a super safe area with commuter links via the overground, district line & buses at the end of our road.

We’re definitely a house full of friends rather than just housemates, so looking for a girl who’d be a similar vibe!
