Cozy room in Fulham

I’m sadly giving up my lovely, bright medium-sized room with lots of storage in a 2-bed flat because I’m going travelling.

You’ll be living with one friendly girl in her thirties. We both have our own routines and tend to do our own thing, but get on well and always have a nice chat when we’re home. The flat has a cosy living room and plenty of storage throughout.

It’s in a great location between Parsons Green and Putney Bridge stations, with lots of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The river and green spaces are just a short walk away too.

The building is managed by Maratons Properties – a lovely family-run agency that’s been great to deal with.

The contract will initially be for 6 months with a guaranteed extension. The room is available from 1st January 2026. Ideally, I’d love to find someone to take it for around 9 months, as I’ll be coming back from my travels at the end of September, but if you’re after something longer-term, that can also work.

Rent is £850 and bills around £130.
