Hi there! A double room is available in Fulham (SW London) from December 23rd!

Rent: £785 + bills

Sadly, I’m leaving this small and cozy flat in Fulham, so my room will be available from December 23rd. I’m flexible with the move-in date if needed.

You’ll be sharing the flat with four other international flatmates in their 20s. It’s a young, calm and friendly environment.
Requirement: we’re looking for someone in their 20s as well.

The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to Parsons Green station and 7 minutes to Fulham Broadway. There are plenty of bus connections, including 24-hour services.

The area is quiet but full of amenities: cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and off-licenses all within a 5-minute walk.

The room is available from December 23rd, 2025 until August 31st, 2026. Shorter or longer stays can be discussed—there’s flexibility.

The flat is managed by an agency, so you’ll have a secure contract, reliable rent payments, and proper maintenance support. A cleaner also comes biweekly, included in the rent.
