Sublet in Fulham from December - March

Hi everyone, I am subletting my double room in Fulham from 5 December until 5 March. Dates can be fairly flexible if needed. I am subletting as I am returning to South Africa for 3 months to complete my teaching practicals.

The house is a 15 minute walk to Fulham Broadway for the district line and a 6 minute walk to Imperial Wharf for the overground. The C3 bus is a 2 minute walk from the house which provides a 10 minute bus to either Earls Court or Clapham Junction. Other busses under a 10 minute walk include the 306, 28, 295 and 424.

There is a big Sainsbury’s that is a 5 minute walk away and a Tesco express 5 minutes in the opposite direction. We have a pub 1 minute from the house and an off license store opposite the pub that stays open late every day (including Sundays). There are plenty of restaurants in the area that are also only about 5 minutes away.

You would be living with two girls in their mid twenties who both work full time in the office. It would be another South African girl and an Irish girl. They are lovely and always keen for a post work movie and love a visit to the pub. We are also very pro keeping the place clean and all make the effort to clean up after ourselves.
