I'm looking to fill 1 room in the house we rent in Fulham. Sadly our housemate is moving back to Australia 😭🦘

Double room w west facing window. £1,024/month for a single person, £1,164/month for single incl all bills.
Price for a couple is £1,259/month incl all bills.

Deposit (£1082) contract runs until Feb 2026 with option to renew and we are all intending to renew.

Bills: are included! Covers Electricity, Water, Gas, Internet, Streaming services and fortnightly cleaner 🧼

Move in: December 5th 2025

Rooms is fully furnished and includes Bed, drawers (not pictured) & lots of built-in storage included. The bathroom is shared with one couple.

🏡About the house:
The house is spacious, bright and has a real homely feel. It is near Normand Park and has an enclosed back garden. It's really well connected being a 10 minute walk to Barons Court, West Kensington and West Brompton Station (Piccadilly and District lines) and lots of nearby buses 50m away. There are plenty of shops, cafes, pubs and gyms nearby and we love living here!

The house features large communal areas, 2.5 bathrooms, 3 storeys, washer and dryer, outdoor courtyard, multiple fridges.

Looking for:
A single or couple between 22-28.

About us:
We are a household of Aussies and kiwis, with two couples and one solo. We have all recently moved to London and are keen to explore the city and get stuck into some travels.
