The flat is a 1 min walk from Sainsbury's and you are in walking distance (2-3 min walk) to buses that will take you to either Fulham Broadway or Earls Court (District Line).
Rent is 1031 per month (excluding bills) bills are approx 90-190 per month. Council Tax Band D (Hammersmith & Fulham).
Deposit is 916 and is protected.
You will need to pass referencing (be in full-time employment etc).
