The room is furnished including a chest of drawers, king sized bed, built in wardrobe and loft storage
Communal garden with decking access which overlooks sands end park
Bills are not included and usually work out to be £150 pm for internet, water, Council tax, gas & electric.
The deposit is £1000
My current flat mate is moving mid December, however dates can be flexible.
I am away 28th Nov - 7th December so can do viewings around these dates.
I work full time as a radiographer so the flat may work well for someone needing space to WFH.
This is very much a home & not a party place.. although I do love wine & nights out.
You will also be sharing with two beautiful 1 year old rescue cats: Monty & Hattie!
