Cute Fulham Double Room! Repost due to drop out.

I'm reposting again after the second drop out of our room replacement! The flat and girls are truly lovely but please only message if you are serious about finding a spot, we've offered it to a few to many girls that have ghosted or pulled out for reasons/flat requirements (room size) that could of been discussed prior to agreement!

I’m looking for someone to take over my furnished double room in Fulham starting December 7th (there is a bit of flexibility in this as I know its last minute, perhaps even a Jan move in date if needed!)

Location: Fulham, SW London

Transport: 7 min walk to Parsons Green Station, 15 min to Fulham Broadway

Current Flat mates: You'll be living with Clover and Hannah (28 & 24) both from the UK working FT in law and insurance.

Looking for a girl (26–30)

Rent: £1,140 + bills (~£100 for broadband, gas/electric, council & water)

About the flat:

We recently moved into our lovely flat in September but I will be relocating due to work! The room is fully furnished (apart for the desk & yellow chair), but comes with a wardrobe, bed frame, mattress, and nightstand table. We've also just got brand new carpets that are not even a month old.

Overall the flat is amazing, our building has a little group chat that is so well managed (if you ever forget your keys!) and we maybe have the sweetest landlord in London. He takes such amazing care of all our problems (a proper rarity in LDN).

I genuinely wouldn't be moving if not for work, you will have two great girls to live with and a lovely space they have worked so hard on to call it home.

Ideally we are looking for a young professional who already has a bit of a community built in the city, social and open for after work dinner chats, the odd rom com or glass of wine!

Lease details:

We’re on a long-term lease until September 2027, with just a £100 total rent increase in Sept. 2026, perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to really settle in. That being said we manage with Dexters so its very easy to swap with another girl if you ever need to move (what I am doing!).
