We have a great double room becoming available from February 1st in our friendly flat. The room gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, is well-ventilated, and comes with generous amount of storage. It’s fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving and under-bed space.

The flat has a cosy shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean shared bathroom.

Current flatmates:
- 3 individuals all aged between 22-30
- 2 Full-time professionals and one student
- We're all very friendly and enjoy going out or spending time together watching movies or playing games

On top of the monthly rent, utilities come out to around £35. Council tax is included in monthly rent.
