£775pm (+ £120pm for bills) / 12 min to Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Imperial Wharf / January move-in.
We have a room going in our lovely 4-bed house in Fulham! It’s a cosy bedroom with a double bed and good built-in storage plus a chest of drawers and wardrobe. The room enjoys lots of natural light and, being on the rear of the house, is relatively quiet despite having plenty of amenities on the doorstep.
The house has a modern kitchen (3m x 5m) and bathroom, spectacular roof terrace (8m x 5m), west facing so it gets sun almost all day! We also have a large living room with sofas, TV and dining table.
Current flatmates are Taylor (25), Harry (24) and Sophie (28). Sophie works in NHS management and Taylor and Harry are both actuaries. We get on as a flat and enjoy activities such as playing board games, having a day out in the park and doing a bus pub crawl.
Charlie is very sadly moving out to continue his research in Oxford so we are looking for someone sociable and respectful to take his place. We would like to keep the balance in the house (gender and otherwise!) so are looking for a girl to fill Charlie's space. Big boots to fill.
