King size, en-suite room— sun facing

This is a beautiful, massive en-suite, facing the light. This room gets so much light and warmth. It has a lot of storage space. The bathroom has a shower and bath. There is a lot of living space as well. The house is shared with three beautiful humans. It is a female only flat as we want to keep it as comfortable as can be. This definitely is a “home”. We bake, share meals from time to time but also have enough privacy.
One of the girls has a cat! Little Willow is a beautiful white diva.
This has been the best flat I have lived in in London. It is with a heavy heart that I will need to leave!

The room
• Massive master bedroom with sun-facing windows on the first floor (entire floor to yourself!)
• Spacious en-suite bathroom (toilet, sink, shower, and freestanding bathtub)
• Furnished with a bed, nightstand, and desk
• A TON of built-in wardrobe storage

The house
• Gated development with a communal garden and shared back patio space
• Ground floor has an open-plan kitchen and living room with a lot of natural light
• Kitchen has all the standard appliances including a dishwasher (plus a few of our own such as an air fryer and Ninja creami!)
• 6-7 min walk to Imperial Warf (overground) and 12-15 min walk to Fulham Broadway (district)
• There is a parking spot in front of our house that our lovely neighbor sometimes uses, but our landlady said if we need the spot to let her know!
• You’ll be living with 3 girls in their mid 20s- two who have hybrid work schedules and one who is a mature student who works part-time
• We all get on well and will go on the occasional group outing when our schedules line up!

Rent and bills
• £1400 per month
• Bills are around £100 per month (water, wifi, electricity, council tax)
