The house is ideally positioned, around 12 minutes’ walk from Parsons Green Station and 12 minutes’ walk from Fulham Broadway Station, with easy access to the River Thames and nearby green spaces.
The area offers plenty of local shops, cafés, pubs and gyms, with Waitrose, Sainsbury’s, M&S, Tesco and Co-op all within walking distance.

The house is arranged over two floors.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms and one shared bathroom;
one room is occupied by the owner and his girlfriend, and the other room is available. Upstairs you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a shared living room.
The house includes Wi-Fi, TV, oven and microwave.

You’ll also be sharing the home with a very small, friendly toy poodle (around 2kg) who is calm, affectionate and hypoallergenic.

This is a professional, quiet living environment, therefore not suitable for students.
We are looking for one single professional only (no couples) who is clean, respectful and considerate of shared spaces and other people living in the house.
This is not a party house and is not suitable for hosting dinners or gatherings with lots of people. Ideal for someone working full-time and looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home in Fulham.
