2 double rooms available in Fulham

My 2 friends are moving out due to work and the other is moving in with her boyfriend so I am on the lookout for 2 girls to fill the rooms from 1st of March it will initially be 12 months but as of May 1st this will automatically become a periodic tenancy meaning there is no fixed end date, you can serve 2 months notice to vacate at any time. 

📍SW6, the location is perfect, 10 mins from the nearest station (Parsons Green), 10 mins to the nearest gym, 10-12 mins from the river Thames, nearest shops are Tesco, coop, Waitrose and M&S all within a 15 min walk, and it is surrounded by coffee shops and pubs🤗

The Flat
It is a 3 bed room apartment on the first floor of an attractive period building on a quiet road. There is a shared bathroom, a well equipped kitchen (gas oven, microwave, dishwasher, storage) and a cosy shared lounge. It is clean and well kept throughout.

Bedroom 1

A beautifully presented, generously sized south-facing room filled with natural light throughout the day. The room easily accommodates a double bed, storage, and a dedicated work or study area. Built in shelving and storage, plus space for additional furniture. This room can come with or without the bed/mattress (please let us know preference so we can inform the landlord)
£1100 per month plus bills (£80-120 as they go up in winter)

Bedroom 2

The smaller room is bright double, north facing room. It’s a cosy, practical room that has space for a desk, under bed storage and a small wardrobe behind the door. Next to the room is a storage cupboard that can be used for any extra storage that is needed.
