(perhaps a week earlier) for a year’s contract, possibly ongoing.

The property is well connected on Lillie Road - it’s about a ten minute walk from Fulham Broadway station/ West Brompton station and 15 minutes from Earl’s Court, with 74/430 buses running from straight outside the property. There are a Tescos and Waitrose within a ten minute walk and a Lidl within a five minute walk.
Yes, it’s inexpensive, because I’m not a landlord looking to profit - I want to find the right person to look after it. I’d like to find someone who is:
- Professional and in a contract covering at least the next 12 months
- Non smoker
- Respectful to my lovely neighbours
- Will treat the place as their own home
Council tax is £184 per month without single person discount, water is £25. EPC is B. The heating/cooker is electric, so bills for that are dependant on use. I am renting the property unfurnished. If you’re interested, please send me a message with some information about yourself and your availability - including if you would be willing to take on the 12 month contract, and when you would want to move. I am the current tenant and will be doing viewings but will pass you onto the landlord if suitable.
