Hi! I’m moving out of my flat in Fulham and looking for a woman to take over my spot from April onward (we have some flexibility with the dates). It’s a really lovely, bright place right by Putney Bridge station and the river, and you'll be sharing with a great flatmate.

THE ROOM
It’s a huge double with loads of natural light. It has big built-in wardrobes, a dresser, and a desk already set up.

THE FLAT
The flat is on the first floor of a secure building and has a large living room. The kitchen has gas hobs (ideal if you like to cook!) and the bathroom has a proper bathtub and shower.

There is a separate, secure spot to lock up bikes within the building complex.

LOCATION
Commute: The flat is right outside Putney Bridge station (District Line). There are also tons of bus connections.

Green space: We are right beside Bishop’s Park and the Thames.

Essentials: It's a 5-minute walk to Putney High Street (Waitrose, Lidl, gyms, pubs). It is also a 10-minute walk to Parsons Green.

FLATMATE
You’ll be sharing the flat with one other woman in her mid-20s from Canada who wok. She works full-time and is super easy to get along with.

Rent: £1462 / month

Bills: Usually around £60 each (EPC rating C, and it's very well-insulated)

Council tax is Band D.

Move-in: April 5
