Double room in Fulham/hammersmith

Hello! Nina and I have secured a beautiful property in Fulham.

🏡Move in date: 7th Feb.
📑 Contract: 12 month contract (subject to the new laws coming in May)
💰Rent: From Feb-Sept the room is £1030.
From Sept onwards the room is £1096.67
📍Location: 10 minute bus to Hammersmith or 15 min walk.

The Room
The room includes a double bed, a built in desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, bedside table.

The house
The house is on a quiet street, right next to the Crabtree! It’s a 1 min walk to the river. The house has a big kitchen, a garden (where you can store a bike), a separate laundry room, 3 bathrooms (3 toilets, 1 bath, 2 showers), a dishwasher and a lounge.

About us
You’ll be living with Lucy (26) who works in Law and Nina (27) who works in clinical trials.

We are super friendly and love a pub night, but also enjoy a relaxed eve in. We love cooking, baking and hosting the odd dinner party.

We are looking for someone with a similar vibe aged 25-30.
