located on a quiet and safe residential street. The room has built-in storage, a king-size bed, luxury mattress, smart TV and a large mirror.

You’ll have use of a modern, spacious bathroom that will be predominantly yours (although it is the main bathroom so occasionally may be used by others).

The flat has a beautiful living room with a dining table and large smart TV, plus a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities including kettle, air fryer, coffee machine, induction hob, and microwave.

Location & transport:
• 6-minute walk to Imperial Wharf station
• 14-minute walk to Fulham Broadway tube
• Plenty of bus routes nearby with quick access to Fulham Broadway and Earl’s Court
• 4-minute walk to a large Sainsbury’s
• Lots of lovely cafés and pubs all within walking distance

I’m looking for someone considerate, respectful, independent and laid-back. This would suit someone who doesn’t work from home often (as I work from home regularly). I’m keen to keep the flat calm and peaceful, so I’m looking for someone who will not have guests over, and doesn’t have a party lifestyle - more of a place to rest and relax.

I also have a lovely, calm seven-year-old dog. She doesn’t bark, sleeps most of the day, and will not enter your bedroom. This home would suit someone who enjoys the company of dogs and is kind and considerate towards her.

A little about me: I’m a professional, sometimes work long hours, and value a calm & clean sanctuary at home. My interests include the gym, dog walking, food, movies, and travelling.
