You’ll be living with Emma & Jeyda (aged 27-30). Emma has lived in the property almost 6 years and works in Property. She enjoys dog walks, mini trampolining, gardening, & ice baths. Jeyda has recently moved in, working as a transport consultant and loves brunch and running!
We are both very chilled and looking for a calm, kind and respectful housemate who wants a house to be a home 🏡
The house has always been mixed gender to keep a balanced dynamic. However, one room will be open to female candidates only.
Cost is £1250pcm (plus a fixed extra £100pcm covering all bills, incl cleaner!)
One room is available from 2nd February with the other available immediately
The location is well connected c. 15/16 minute walk from Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green, Imperial Walk, Wandsworth Town 🚊
The house is also managed by great agents which makes everything super easy.
Note, contract is by the room meaning you are not liable to cover anyone else’s rent if / when there are voids
