Three 25–27 year old professionals looking for a fourth housemate to join our Fulham family. This is a relaxed, sociable home and tidy home, without being a party house. We enjoy catching up in the evenings and heading out for the odd meal or drink.

-Separate laundry area with washer, dryer & heated clothes rack
-Shared bathroom (bath and shower) between three housemates, excellent water pressure.
-Garden with BBQ and picnic table

-Surrounded by excellent local amenities (Nisa inc Amazon delivery )
-Several major supermarkets within easy walking distance

Rent + Bills
-Council tax band F – approx. £40 per month each
-Bills budget approx. £140 pcm, covering (wifi, clearner, Gas & Electricity)

Housemates
You’ll be living with Panos, Jared and myself. We work in consulting, engineering and finance. We’re a friendly, easy-going group and are looking for someone tidy, considerate, and happy to be part of a Fulham family rather than just renting a room.
