Short-Mid term rent in Fulham (Putney Bridge)

Hi there,

My friend is moving out from our 2-bedroom flat in Fulham (walking distance from Putney Bridge) and I’m looking for someone to take over his large room and roll over his part of the contract. Current contract can be broken with 2-month notice.

The landlord has expressed interest in selling the house with an approx target set of June 2026, but he is happy for us to stay until he doesn’t get the property sold.

About me:
27 yo guy, professional, work long hours in the city, barely at home Mon-Friday, more at home on the weekends, easy going, sporty, Spanish :)

About the flat:
2-bed flat, with 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room (all separate). Room for rent is the larger one. Flat is cozy, but it oldish. Shower pressure is a bit crappy (being transparent). 2-min walking distance from Putney bridge tube. It really is the ideal place for someone that looks for a temporary flat with access to really nice areas like Parsons Green, Putney, and that needs quick access to district line for commuting.

About the room:
Spacious with large window with blinds. Comes with the mattress, book shelf, and wardrobe. Carpet floor.
