Room now available in Fulham £760 per month

I will be moving out of my lovely shared house in Fulham SW6 this month and am looking for someone to take over the room, ideally by 15th February, if not end of the month.

I have really loved living here for the last almost 4 years! It’s a beautiful area with local coffee shops, pubs, Pilates studios and shops nearby. 15 mins walk to Parsons Green, Fulham Broadway and Barons Court tube. The river is also 10 mins walk away.

🏡 Sharing with 4 others - 1 Portuguese girl in her 30’s, 1 Aussie girl in her 20’s and a kiwi couple in late 20’s. Everyone is super friendly tidy and relaxed.

The house is a friendly dynamic, but we are looking for someone who has their own friends as usually we all have our own things going on and socialise separately.

Looking for someone 25+ ideally to fit the dynamic.

The landlord is super nice and attentive and responsive whenever there is an issue. Kitchen was redone in 2022 and house repainted this summer

House has shared kitchen, living/dining room and shared bathroom for 3 girls. The attic where the couple stay has its own en suite.

💸 Rent £760.26 per month ( just increased this year in September so likely no increase for at least a year ) - half months rent will be paid upfront when moving in for latter half of October

💸Deposit is £878.37 to be paid before moving in
