Double Room In Fulham 🫶🏻🫶🏻

I’m looking to rent my double room in Fulham available from the 19th of February :))

The rent is £905.20 including bills each month.

The room is a cosy bedroom on the top floor of the house, sharing a bathroom with one other person.

The house has a really big kitchen and dining room and a large living room with an office area too. There is a conservatory which leads out to a garden as well as a roof terrace which we use in the summer. The bathroom has a nice shower and bath and then two separate loos too.

We are on one of the main residential roads in Fulham. We are about a 5 minute walk from 2 Tesco’s and a Co-Op. We also have nice pubs and coffee shops on our street too.

We have a bus stop about a 7 minute walk from the house. Parsons Green tube station is about a 12 minute walk and Fulham Broadway is about a 18 minute walk.

We are a busy house but we like to have to drinks and parties sometimes together. There are 7 of us at the moment, 4 girls and 3 guys!!
