Double Room in Parsons Green

We have a double room becoming available in our house in Parsons Green at the end of Feb. One of our housemates is moving out, so I’ll be taking her room and looking for someone to take over mine.

The house is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom property in a gated community, so it’s very safe, and close to everything you need. The room itself is spacious and bright, with plenty of storage. You’ll also have your own bathroom, with a shared shower.

Location:
- 5 minutes to Parsons Green station
- 1–5 minutes to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Waitrose
- 15-20 minutes to several gyms
- Night buses from central London stop just around the corner

Rent is £900 per month excluding bills. Furniture is not included, so we’re looking for someone who would be happy to buy the furniture currently in the room (price TBC).

We’re all female working professionals in their mid 20s. We're a friendly household who enjoys travel, fitness, cooking and exploring London. During the week we like to keep it calm and fairly quiet, and on weekends we're usually out and about. We’re a respectful, tidy household where everyone pitches in to keep shared spaces clean and organised, so we’re looking for someone who will do the same.
