I am moving, and I am looking to end my contract by finding a new tenant who will take on a new 6 month contract with Capital Living London. This is a not a sublet this will be a new contract with the agent.

Requirements
- The new occupant must be in full time employment (Salary must be double the yearly rent or you will need a guarantor.)
- No couples or friends sharing the room
- In general you should be a good fit for the house, common sense should be used here
- You are subject to a referencing process and will be required to pay 1 weeks payment to reserve the room which would then be credited to the first months payment once complete
- The new occupant will be required to make a one-off contribution to Utility bills of £150 upon signing of the contract.
- To clarify, you will be entering into a new contract.
- The contract is only six months but is open to be extended after the six month period.

- All bills are included, which includes council tax if a small one off payment is made.
- There is a weekly cleaner who will also clean the en-suite bathrooms.
