Large Double Room in Fulham

I am looking for someone to replace my flatmate on the tenancy as he is moving in with his partner at the beginning of May.

We live in a two bed flat near the Crabtree Pub in Fulham.

The available room is a large attic double room with a toilet ensuite. This is the only room on this floor of the building so has a good amount of privacy. There is also a good sized living room with two sofas and a dinner table. We also benefit from a large kitchen.

Each bedroom has an en suite toilet. There is also the shared bathroom which is between two people and features a bath/shower set up.

As the remaining tenant I'm a sociable 28 year old male. I would ideally be looking for someone near my own age. Give me a shout if you have any queries!
