Description
We’ve got a room available in our 4-bed house and are looking for someone who’d be a great fit for a friendly, easygoing home.
You’d be living with two Aussie guys (24 & 30) and me (28, Cypriot girl). We all originally met through SpareRoom and have since become good friends. It’s a social house where we enjoy spending time together, but we also respect each other’s space and downtime.
The boys are into sports, and I’m big on the gym and getting out for walks. As a house, we’re always up for a drink at the pub or a chilled movie night.
The room itself is spacious and comes with its own shower. You’d just be sharing the toilet with me. It also has direct access to the terrace, which is a really nice bonus.
Rent is currently £1165 per month, with bills around £120.
The contract will be renewed in 21st of May but the room can be sublet from the 1st of May.
The flat is located 7mins walk from Fulham Broadway station.
Fulham is a really nice and safe area with multiple cafes, pubs and groceries shops (Sainsburys, M&S, Lidl, waitrose).
