Short term let in lovely house in Fulham.

We have a spare room for a month between flat mates.

Sociable, chilled flat (not a party house)

We’re two 27-year-old professionals living in a 3-bed flat in Fulham. We both work fairly long hours during the week, so the flat is generally pretty calm Monday - Thursday.

We are social though - we’ll often hang out after work when we’re around, and usually head out for a pub/dinner on weekends. It’s a friendly, easygoing house rather than just people keeping to themselves.

Looking for someone similar:
– Late 20s/early 30s professional
– Tidy, respectful, and easy to live with
– good chat and like a beer

Definitely not a party house — more a relaxed, grown-up vibe where everyone has their own thing going on but gets on well.
