You would be sharing with Susie, Billy and James. They’re all working professionals and love a pub quiz and also movie nights in our cosy living room space. Most of them work in the city, but also work from home a few days a week!☺️

The house itself is 3 storeys, so plenty of space for storage and options for working from home.

We’re in an amazing location for commuting with the nearest station West Brompton (5-10 minute walk) with the District Line and Overground. Also 10-15 minute walk to Earls Court and West Kensington Station.

There’s also endless restaurants/ pubs/amenities nearby. A Lidl supermarket within a 2 minute walk and plenty of things to do on weekends etc. You can walk to popular spots like South Kensington and Hyde Park in just 30-40 minutes, which is so nice, especially in summer!!

Deposit: £1508.02 (5 weeks rent)

The tenancy agreement is until September 2027 but you can replace the room whenever you needed with a few weeks notice to the estate agent.
