Lovely room in 3 bed Fulham flat

Looking for a a girl/gay/they to take the third room in our cosy romcom coded flat.

Area: Fulham, near Putney Bridge

Move in: w/c 31st May (but flexible on the day that week).

Rent: £1000/month, bills are around £150 on top.

It’s pretty great rent for the area, Bishops Park and the river are a stone’s throw away, AND we even have a communal garden with a bench ready for summer. AND I have a very sweet puppy who’s only 11 months (pic attached).

We live opposite a tennis courts, near cutesie wee shops and cafes on Fulham Road, but you can head to Putney High Street with the more regular high street shops, restaurants and supermarket.

You’ll be living with not one but two girls called Jess, both single, both freelance. I only moved in in January and now adore it here! I’m 32 and work in film, whilst Jess is 35 and works in video production/ hospitality.

We love a movie, deep chats into the night, we go to comedy, country gigs, theatre, day trip dog walks, so very much keen for someone who wants to live in a friendly flat that feels like a home. Send me a message if that feels like you!
