Area: Fulham
Move in: w/c 31st May (but flexible on the day that week).
Rent: £1000/month, bills are around £150 on top.
It’s pretty great rent for the area, Bishops Park and the river are a stone’s throw away, and we even have a communal garden with a bench ready for summer. AND I have a very sweet puppy who’s only 11 months (pic attached).
You’ll be living with not one but two girls called Jess, both single, both freelance. I only moved in in January and now adore it here. I’m 32 and work in film, whilst Jess is 35 and works in video production/ hospitality.
We love a movie, deep chats into the night, we go to comedy, country gigs, theatre, day trip dog walks, so very much keen for someone who wants to live in a friendly flat that feels like a home.
