Room in a Bright and Central Maisonette in Fulham

Hi there,

There’s an en-suite bedroom available in the 1350 sq ft 2 bed-2 bathroom flat that we rent in Fulham. We are the top two floors of the Maisonette with our own entrance (I couldn’t flip the pics around, sorry!)

My current flat mate is planning on moving in with her boyfriend; hence we are looking for someone to take over her room which is the main room of the house (en suite too, with lots of cupboard space and a private balcony in addition to the terrace upstairs).

Our bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second floor, and one floor up - there’s a shared open-plan communal space (kitchen, lounge area and dining room) as well as a big raised terrace which is perfect for tanning as it gets sun from sunrise all the way through to the sunset.

The flat is conveniently situated about 7 minutes walk from Fulham Broadway, 12 minutes to Imperial Wharf, 20 minutes to Parsons Green and walking distance to the Kings Road.

There’s a shed outside which is great if you get deliveries and you’re not home; otherwise our lovely neighbours answer and deliveries can be left downstairs in the corridor which is super safe.

About me:
I’m 34, originally from South Africa but have lived and worked in London for the past four years. I work in Tech and tend to WFH 3 days and am in the office otherwise.

I value health and fitness, and do something active daily (gym,
Run, yoga or something); and equally love food and exploring London. I love a calm, peaceful home so am looking for someone that values the same thing.

PCM: £1675.00
No bills included (but come to about £150 per month - council, elec/ gas, wifi)
We usually get a cleaner every 3 weeks (£50)
