Flat came unfurnished but we have bought things over the years. Bedroom is unfurnished but with the option to purchase furniture from me as I am moving overseas. Option to purchase a king size mattress (no bed frame), wardrobe, a desk, an office chair and a chest of 3 drawers.

There is a lovely and cozy shared living room (with a large TV and Sky), separate kitchen with dishwasher, also a washing machine and dryer. The flat has 2 bathrooms you wil be sharing with 1 other woman. We're also lucky to have a balcony and private garden for residents.

The flat is a 4 minute walk to Putney Bridge tube station. Both Fulham and Putney high-streets are within 10/15 minute walk, with restaurants, shops and other amenities.

I'm leaving this flat after 3 years as my secondment is ending and I am moving back to the states. I've really enjoyed living here and we are looking to find someone who will fit in well with the current flatmates, Katie aged 31 and Sarah aged 36, who've both been living together for over 6 years.

We're looking for someone who will treat this flat as a home. We spend a lot of time in the living room, watching TV together and just catching up. We cook most nights together and often go out as a house.
