Double room in Fulham

Hi everyone! We have a double room in our 4 bedroom house available August 9th! It’s a 6-7 min walk to imperial warf (Mildmay) and 12-15 min walk to Fulham broadway (district). We live in a safe gated development with a communal garden and shared back patio space, and we have a parking space if it’s needed. You’ll be living with 3 girls in their 20s and a cat! We enjoy yapping in the kitchen and going on group outings when our schedules line up.

Rent is £1135 and bills come out to be around £100. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one girl. Room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, desk, and built in wardrobe. Kitchen has all the standard appliances (plus a few of our own including an air fryer and ninja creami!) and we have a dishwasher.

Important: The deposit is £1592 and bills are around £100 (council tax, WiFi, electricity, water).
