I am looking for someone to rent my spare room in Fulham.

The flat is located on the top floor of a block, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and views over the river and out across the city.

There is a spacious living/dining room and balcony as well as a kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine.

I am a young professional having recently graduated from university, who works from home. I am looking for someone at roughly the same stage of life, who is sociable and reasonably tidy.
