* Rent: £900 PCM
* Bills: Approximately £120 PCM (can be slightly higher during winter months)
* Deposit: £1,150 (paid upfront)
* Move-in date: 7th July
*£696 due with deposit upfront for July rent
* Rent is due on the 29th of each month
* First full rent payment due: 29th July
* Current lease runs until October, with the opportunity to extend beyond that
