Ensuite Room in Fulham ★

Looking for an easy-going, friendly professional to join our lovely, bright flat in Fulham.

Amazing location: 7-8 minutes walk from both Fulham Broadway & Parson Green stations, with bus stops right outside the house to Hammersmith, Notting Hill, Chelsea & CJ.

The room is on the second floor, has beautiful natural light and an ensuite shower & sink. Comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, clothing rail, drawers & beside table. Doesn’t currently have a desk but can come furnished with one if you want one to WFH (previous roommate had a desk in there!)

The rest of flat has a separate kitchen & living room, WC & one main bathroom (which the other two housemates share). We also have a little suntrap terrace which is the perfect spot for an afternoon drink on weekends 🤩

Current housemates are two mid-20s Aussies (one bloke and one girl). From October you’ll be living with two mid-20s girls though (same Australian & an Austrian). We both work in travel PR & WFH 1/2 days a week.

We’re both into sport/gym, trips to the pub, music festivals and big on travel (obviously). Keen to live with someone who wants to make the flat a home & down for the occasional flat pub trips to the local - but also very respectful of each others space and quiet time (etc. etc.)
