The room is located on the lower-ground floor, which has been a real bonus during the recent heatwave as it stays noticeably cooler and fresher than most London bedrooms. The flat is modern, well maintained and located on the ground floor of a quiet residential street. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms in total, meaning everyone has their own bathroom. You'll be sharing with Kieran (30) and Dan (32), two friendly, respectful professionals who are easy to live with and take great care of the flat. It's a sociable household while also respecting everyone's space and privacy.

The flat is located in SW6, just a 5-minute walk from Fulham Broadway station, with excellent transport links and plenty of great cafés, restaurants, shops and gyms nearby.
