After six wonderful years living here, I will be sadly moving out in September as I am buying my own flat. This is genuinely a rare opportunity to rent a room in what has been an exceptional home.

One of the biggest advantages of this flat is your future flatmate, Johny, the owner. Over the years he has become like family to me. He is one of the kindest, most generous and easy-going people you could hope to live with. He works in finance and is often out with clients or friends during the week. He also has his own en-suite bedroom and own TV in his room, so you have plenty of privacy. At weekends he’s usually out playing golf, meaning it often feels as though you have the entire flat to yourself as he very rarely uses the living room.

• 5-minute walk to Lidl and The Gym Group
• 2-minute walk to the beautiful Brompton Cemetery for green space and walks as well as the local pubs and cafes

The flat is modern, well maintained and professionally cleaned every two weeks. All bills are included, including WiFi, Sky TV, Netflix, and all utilities.

Johny rarely has guests over, but he is very relaxed and happy for you to have friends visit. He spends most of his time either in his room watching TV or out and about, and only uses the shared spaces occasionally.
