A large double room available from 1st Setptember in a friendly four bedroom house just five minutes from West Brompton station.

I've lived here for the past two years and have genuinely loved both the house and the area. I'm only moving out because I've started a PhD and will be moving into university accommodation in September.

The room:
The room is a large double on the ground floor overlooking the back garden, so it's nice and quiet. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table, with plenty of storage space.

The bathrooms:
The house has two full bathrooms, both with a bath, shower and toilet. The bathroom next to your room is pretty much yours to use, as the other housemates are on different floors and usually use the upstairs bathroom.

The house:
There's a comfortable living room with two sofas and a large smart TV, plus a spacious kitchen with plenty of cupboard and worktop space. It has everything you need including an oven, washing machine, microwave and toaster.

Everyone works from home some of the time and go into the office on other days, so plenty of flexibility with that.

The housemates:
You'll be living with Susie, James and Abby, who all work in finance related roles.

They're friendly, sociable and up for a drink, a chat or a relaxed evening in the living room. Everyone also has their own friends and routines, so it's a very easy going and respectful house.

The area:
West Brompton station is a five minute walk away, with the District Line and Overground. Earls Court (Piccadilly & District) and West Kensington (District) are both around 10 to 15 minutes on foot, so loads of transport options.

Lidl and a gym are just a minute from the house, with Waitrose and M&S also nearby. The Prince and The Atlas are both great local pubs also a short walk away. We are on a nice street off from North End Road which has pretty much everything you could need.

I'm away until 17th July, so I'm hoping to arrange viewings over the weekend of 18th and 19th July or during the week beginning 20th July.
