Cosy double room in Fulham House

Hi!
We have a lovely double room available in our spacious 4 bedroom house in the heart of Fulham.
We're looking for a lovely girl to join our home from mid to late August.
A little about us... we're all friends in the house and are in our late 20s to early 30s. We're a friendly, sociable house who enjoy spending time together over a glass of wine, Netflix, or a daily catch up, but we all have our own friends, busy lives and do our own thing too. It's a really warm, welcoming house and we'd love to find someone who'll be a great fit!
We're looking for someone who is easy going, respectful, clean and takes pride in where they live. We all look after the house well and it's important to us that whoever moves in feels the same. We're all into our fitness, doing runs together and Pilates.
The room is a cosy double room and you'll be sharing a bathroom with just one other girl. The room comes with the bed only, however the wardrobe could be left if needed.
There is space to work from home downstairs with a desk.
The house is just off Munster Road, close to Bishops Park, with loads of lovely cafés, pubs, restaurants and green spaces nearby.
We're around a 15 minute walk from Fulham
Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations and have lots of buses nearby too!
Bills aren't included and vary depending on the season, but they're usually around £160 per month.
