I am looking for a new flatmate to take over my tenancy from the 20th of August in a lovely two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Fulham. You will be sharing the flat with one other person in a cosy and welcoming home.

The room is a bright and spacious double with lots of natural light and a peaceful view over the rear courtyard. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and plenty of storage space.

The flat has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a bath, a spacious kitchen with a washing machine, oven, and hob, and access to a shared patio, which is perfect for storing a bike.

It is located in the charming Munster Village area, just a short walk from Munster Road, which is full of great independent cafés, pubs and restaurants. There are also several lovely green spaces nearby, Bishops Park (10-minute walk), Lillie Road Park (10-minute walk) and Normand Park (15-minute walk).

Transport links are excellent: Parsons Green Station (District Line) is around a 15-minute walk, Barons Court Station (District and Piccadilly Lines) around 15-20 minute walk. Hyde Park is approximately 20 minutes by bike. It is a really nice, quiet area while still being close to everything you need.

Costs:
Rent: £925/month
Bills (water, electricity, fast broadband Wi-Fi) are not included and come between £60-£100 pounds per person per month, depending on the season.
Council tax: Hammersmith & Fulham; Band C, comes to £125 per month in total as of July 2026

I have lived here for the past year and have really enjoyed the cosy feel of the flat and the fantastic location. I am moving out to pursue a new career opportunity, so I am looking for someone to take over this lovely room and enjoy the flat as much as I have.

You will be sharing with a friendly and respectful PhD student who values a tidy, relaxed and peaceful home. Looking for a like-minded young professional who appreciates a calm, clean, and considerate living space. It would be a particularly good fit for someone who works from home occasionally, as utility bills are shared.
